The fruits , besides being delicious and great to keep the body in shape, are indispensable for the proper functioning of the body because they provide calories, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and proteins. There are fruits that are responsible for regulating the gut, others that even prevent diseases and still have those that make us more beautiful. 

When choosing which fruit to consume, you should keep in mind what you want or expect as a result and contribution to your body. The daily amount of fruit consumption should be three to five servings. Try to give preference to varied and in natura fruits .
