BNP stopped the rally

The BNP has postponed Thursday's rally calling for the demand for the release of Khaleda Zia without getting permission from the administration.

On Wednesday afternoon, senior BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi told a press conference at the BNP's central office in Nayapaltan on Wednesday afternoon.

The BNP had announced to hold the gathering at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital on Thursday. But the meeting was postponed due to lack of permission from the administration. Besides, the meeting of the pre declared Rajshahi has been fixed on Apr 15 instead of April 4, the press conference was also informed.
