New Prime Minister Exchanges Greetings with President

President Md. Shahabuddin and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman exchanged floral greetings. They exchanged greetings at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban on Tuesday night.

Earlier, BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman was sworn in as the 11th Prime Minister of the country on Tuesday afternoon. President Md. Shahabuddin administered the oath to him.

After the oath-taking, outgoing Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus exchanged greetings with Prime Minister Tarique Rahman. A large number of local and foreign guests, including representatives of various South Asian countries, participated in the ceremony.
